Our Mission

Our mission is to promote entrepreneurship by providing personalised entrepreneurship learning and guidance to budding entrepreneurs. This mission was born out of our own entrepreneurial struggles and the desire to enable more people to become self-sufficient through entrepreneurship.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where no idea is inhibited. By focusing our efforts on personalised entrepreneurship learning in a scalable and easily accessible format, we aim to address issues of unemployment and underemployment among youths and young adults, as well as increase their entrepreneurial skills — skills that are much needed in the 21st century.

The story of how it all started...

The idea of Edventures first came to Alexander in 2017 when he was working as an entrepreneurship coach at grass-root level in Sweden. Recognising the struggles of aspiring entrepreneurs, he identified the absence of tailored guidance and continuous support as a common challenge for early-stage entrepreneurs. With the changing labour market and values of younger generations, job opportunities have decreased, further compounded by the rise of automation, restricting options for youths entering the workforce.

And how it's going right now...

The desire for self-employment and financial independence is on the rise, yet existing support for this journey is either flawed or absent. Edventures was founded to bridge this gap, providing a dynamic solution tailored to empower young minds on their entrepreneurial paths. Our journey since the initial idea in 2017 has been a process of discovery and adaptation. We've repositioned ourselves and started 2024 with the launch of our prototype and the introduction of our Earlybird Community for budding entrepreneurs – and we're just getting started.

As the driving force behind Edventures, our diverse team spans across three continents, representing six distinct ethnicities. With a collective fluency in over 10 languages, we bring a wealth of cultural perspectives and global insights to our work, fostering innovation and collaboration on a truly international scale.
